WELCOME TO bklYN SWIM CLUB

BIRTHED IN 2020 baby bROOKLYN IS

THE LEGACY OF A PROFESSIONAL LIFEGUARD AND AVID SWIMMER.

many people believe that she's named after the city, however Brooklyn actually means water. water is the most powerful element.

and what's stronger than a black woman? nothing. fast forward, baby brooklyn is an avid swimmer, she loves the water. it is literally her element. but now as a mom, packing and unpacking swim bags for a toddler has become life and there were needs that I saw needed to be met particularly in black and brown communities.

i wanted to create a resource center for all things swimming for the advance swimmer and amateur . As well as provide the best quality apparel for the swimmer and non swimmer to enjoy poolside or while mommying. we hope that you continue to support and we appreciate you taking a dip with us .

Join Us For A Swim

We offer red cross swim lesson curriculum year-round for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Brooklyn swim club swim lessons emphasize water safety, skill, and stroke development. In phases 1-3 swimmers learn personal water safety and achieve basic swimming competency by learning two benchmark skills —swim, float, swim and jump, push, turn, grab.

Having mastered the fundamentals, swimmers in phases 4-6, learn additional water safety skills and build stroke technique, developing skills that prevent chronic disease, increase social, emotional, cognitive well-being, promote discipline, and help foster a lifetime of physical activity. Brooklyn swim club follows the National child-to-instructor ratio to ensure plenty of time in the water. We strive to foster a swimmer-centered and caring atmosphere with well-trained professionals, who have decades of experience.
